• We create your account on Camorent based on the information you provide in our registration form.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.
• We will use this information to generate your unique Camorent ID and personalize your profile page.
3. Data Collection and Use:
• We collect the data you provide during registration to create your Camorent profile and personalize your experience.
• This data may include your name, email address, contact information, and industry affiliation.
• We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide the Services or comply with the law.
4. Camorent ID:
• Upon successful registration and profile verification, you will receive a unique Camorent ID.
• This ID allows you to access the full functionality of the Services, including equipment rentals, crew connections, and educational resources.
5. Email Communication:
• We will use your email address to send you important information, such as account verification, profile updates, Camorent ID details, and relevant service notifications.
6. Use of Services:
• You will use the Services in a lawful and responsible manner.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not violate any applicable laws or regulations when using the Services.
• You will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Equipment Rentals:
• When renting equipment on Camorent, you agree to the following:
– You are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the rented equipment.
– You will return the equipment in the same condition it was received, normal wear and tear excepted.
–You will be responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
• Camorent reserves the right to refuse rental service to anyone at any time.
8. Crew Connections:
• Camorent provides a platform to connect filmmakers with crew members. We do not screen or endorse any crew members.
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before hiring any crew member.
• We are not responsible for any disputes arising between filmmakers and crew members.
9. Content:
• You are responsible for any content you upload to the Camorent platform, including reviews, ratings, and project descriptions.
• You will not upload any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
10. Intellectual Property:
• The content and materials on the Camorent website and Services, including logos, trademarks, and copyrights, are the property of Camorent or its licensors. You may not use any of this content without the express written permission of Camorent.
11. Termination:
We may terminate your account or restrict your access to the Services for any reason, at any time, without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability:
